Job Responsibilities :
- Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.
- Take Order and Cash Register Order
- Brewing Ice Cream & Tea and serve customers.
- Ensure drink serves to customers following the standards by following the right SOP.
- Able to explain all Mixue products to customers, and to promote/upsell Mixue products at all times.
- Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays and to follow company requirement
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
- May work special events, as needed.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.
