The role comprises, among others:
Active support of the investment banking team during transaction processes
Preparation of parts of relevant transaction documentation such as teasers, information memoranda,
management presentations, and similar documents presented to domestic and international investors (M&A), as well
as analyst presentations and roadshow presentations delivered in the course of public offering processes (ECM)
Support during the preparation of marketing materials, especially pitch books to existing and prospective clients
Preparation of business analyses and research, such as sector analyses, screening of prospective investors beyond
our team’s sector coverage, or screening of potential acquisition targets
Support in preparation of valuations (especially comparable listed companies’ analyses, comparable transactions’
analyses, discounted cash flow analyses)
Trigon offers:
A position as Junior Analyst based in Warsaw for a duration of six months, with an option to prolong (alternative period
can be discussed individually). Best performers may be offered a permanent analyst position
Onboarding to live transactions, pitches, and other key developments from Day One
Expanding your technical skillset through i.a. developing financial models (DCF, LBO, CCA, CTA) and using global
databases (FactSet, Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, Mergermarket, PitchBook, etc.)
Exposure to leading Poland- and CEE-headquartered companies, global private equity investors, as well as to
institutional investors on the Warsaw Stock Exchange
Gaining a holistic understanding of long-term-oriented client-bank relationships
A lean organizational structure and close cooperation with senior staff, gaining insights into the whole transaction
lifecycle across M&A, equity and debt products

Qualifications of a successful candidate:
A student from the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year (both Bachelor and Master students will be considered) with a strong academic
track-record in Finance & Accounting, Management, or related specializations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment that values initiative, creativity, and enthusiasm for learning and
engaging in challenging projects
Ability to conduct reliable and credible research and analyses and sound understanding of basic financial concepts
