Executive, Patient Services [Singapore]


 

Job Description

Reporting to Manager, Finance and Patient Services, the incumbent will assist in the smooth running of the Patient Services Office. He / She is responsible primarily to carry out patients’ admission, means testing, financial counselling, billing and submission of claims. He / She will provide administrative support to Inpatient as well as Home Care and Day Care services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process patient referrals
  • Handle patient admissions
  • Handle and provide support for means testing/social support
  • Provide financial counselling to patients or their Next of Kin
  • Handle discharge and billing processes
  • Submit claims for Medisave / Medishield
  • Attend to enquiries on billings, deposits and means testing
  • Attend to the auditors on the audit of means testing and financial counselling
  • Any other work assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in healthcare industry
  • Mature, dynamic and self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,700.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Education:

  • Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • healthcare: 3 years (Preferred)
