Managing the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, and making travel arrangements.
Screening and prioritizing emails and phone calls, responding to routine inquiries, and handling correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for the executive, often with a high degree of confidentiality.
Coordinating with other departments and staff members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the executive's specifications.
Attending meetings with the executive, taking notes, and following up on action items.
Conducting research on behalf of the executive and preparing briefing materials for meetings and presentations.
Managing the executive's budget, expense reports, and other financial matters.
Maintaining the executive's contacts and networking with other professionals in the industry.
