Job Description
The following main duties should be understood to describe the most important aspects of the job. Job holders may be required by their manager/supervisor to perform any other related duties as they may arise. Revisions and modifications will be carried out as the necessity arises.
- Assess resource, manpower & equipment, requirements for chemical cleaning service related inquiries.
- Duties/responsibilities include planning (Primavera preferably), estimating job specific durations with resource quantities required and preparation of commercial & technical proposals.
- Estimation Engineer will be required to attend job ex meetings, site visits, etc. to assess specific details of the job requirement and carry out project planning as required.
- Preparation and review of estimations and proposals, as required, and supporting estimators to ensure deadlines are met with bids submitted timeously.
- Individual traits include punctuality, professionalism, presentability and articulation with colleagues and clients.
- Training, both in-house and on-site, will be provided by the company.

Technical Competencies
- Able to study the isometrics, P&ID's drawings and make circulation loop of the system undergoing chemical cleaning.
- Should be familiar with the concept of chemical cleaning of equipment using different basic chemicals such as Organic acids, Inorganic acids, alkaline materials, Caustic materials and other Blend chemicals.
- Should be able to analyse the concentration of Acid (say HCl), Alkali (say Soda ash), Iron (total iron), Copper (total copper), conductivity, oil & grease and measure the pH in a cleaning solution.
