Employee Experience and Employer Brand Lead [Israel]


 

As part of the Israel People Team, you will lead the Employee Experience and Employer Brand activities, effectively articulate and communicate employer value proposition internally and externally. In this position you will report to the HR Director of Israel & Japan.

You will develop the strategy in this domain and implement programs to drive it, ensuring employee engagement and motivation that contributes to increased retention, high energy, and commitment to company results.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years at employee experience in a High-Tech company
  • A creative and strategic communicator with a passion for making a difference.
  • Experience in boosting brand awareness.
  • Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written
  • An excellent writer and editor with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft messages that are clear, concise, and engaging
  • Proactive, multitasker, with a hands-on approach
  • Able to innovate and come up with new and exciting ways to engage our current employees and potential candidates
  • Strong operational and project management skills, and the ability to drive multiple projects at one time in a structured and organized manner
  • Obsessed with real-world results and can take ownership of tactics and outcomes and measure their impact.
  • Experience writing and operating Social Digital Channels
  • Good personal engagement and collaboration skills, ability to build trust and engagement with managers, employees and stakeholders.

Responsibilities::
  • Plan and execute an annual employee experience plan for Israel and Japan, including community volunteering, engagement strategy and related communications and events activity
  • Conduct employee engagement programs that translate employee experience into employer brand opportunities.
  • Ownership of annual budget and planning
  • Support the day 2 day employees life cycle activities
  • Keep communications fresh, creative, and engaging, to drive business objectives, culture, employer brand awareness and employee engagement across internal and social channels
  • Develop and engage employee brand ambassadors community
  • Manage the company social community channels
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of our internal communications channels, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Team player, motivated to work with the entire HR team and executive team
