Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world's largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Proactively manage a complex portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted advisor to lead strategic dialogues with clients at a portfolio level through the understanding of specific business requirements and delivering creative and flexible customer solutions
- To hand over customer relationship properly to their re relationship managers after closing sales
- To provide excellent services to customers and ensure all inquiries and complaints are accurately and effectively resolved to customers' satisfaction
- To participate actively in team building activities to share in formation /ideas while contributing suggestions for work improvement
- Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
- Mainly responsible for the development of high-end customers, introducing HSBC services to potential customers, discovering the needs of banking services and developing them into HSBC customers
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of sales channels, responsible for early customers Relationship maintenance and customer relationship handover
- Provide customers with excellent services, ensure that customers' inquiries are answered accurately and effectively, and improve customer satisfaction
- Actively contact cooperation channels and continue to follow up List of potential customers until successful account opening, complete the work goals set by the bank
- Ensure high standards of expertise and communicate better with potential customers
Requirements
To be successful in the role , you should meet the following requirements:
- University degree or above (recognized by the state)
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective presentation skills
- Well -developed service and sales attitude with ability to work under pressure
- Presentable, Outgoing and Persuasive
- Good oral and written English is preferred
Bachelor degree or above (nationally recognized- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Ability to work under high pressure, good service and Sales attitude
- Appropriate, outgoing and persuasive
- Good command of spoken and written English
