Hey there! Are you looking for a position that allows you to work independently with flexible hours, all while being a part of a rapidly growing professional short-term rental hosting company? PEAR Properties is seeking reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented cleaners to perform turn-overs between guest stays and other similar tasks.
This is primarily a cleaning role, but you may be asked to perform tasks such as basic lawn maintenance, & basic home maintenance and more.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct walk-through visual inspections of properties after a guest has checked out.
- Report any issues or damage to PEAR Properties with pictures.
- Launder linens, remake beds with fresh linens, and set out fresh towels.
- Refill guest amenities (shampoo, soap, etc.) and restock supplies throughout the home.
- Perform a full and thorough clean on the whole home to prepare it for the next guest (We'll provide you with a checklist and all the cleaning supplies you need)
- Perform general outdoor yardwork (e.g., weeding, cutting grass, shovelling, etc.)
- Complete basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or batteries in remotes.
Qualifications:
- A positive personality.
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours. (We know life happens, so we're flexible)
- Efficient and organized with tasks and time management.
- Attention to detail, responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
- Comfortable with text message-style communication.
- Open to quality control feedback from team lead and other team members.
- A valid driver's license with a dependable vehicle.
Schedule:
- The hours of work are assigned on an ongoing basis and will generally fall between 9 am - 6 pm.
- Shifts may be on any day of the week, including weekends (because our guests love to travel all year round!)
