Responsibilities:
As an Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting interviews, surveys, and focus groups with different stakeholders.
- Relaying stakeholder feedback to management and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assisting in developing and implementing behavior-based strategies.
- Participating in different corporate activities, such as team activities, community events, and forums.
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who has:
- A degree in Social Science or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese and English.
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
