Requirements:Nationality: Thai Age: 28 - 40 years old, Female Education: Bachelor degree in any field Work Experience: over 5 years in Sales Language: 1. Good Command in English both written & spoken skills with TOEIC 650 up or equivalent. 2. Good Command in Japanese (Translation & speaking & writing skills) at least JLPT N2 Computer skill: Proficiency in Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc. Other: 1. Familiar with Japanese culture, work style is preferable. 2. Able to go on business trip (Domestic /International) 3. Knowledge of Sales and Marketing (Preferably in electronics part, automotive parts or other related industry) 4. Knowledge of import-export, logistics and process related. 5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) 6. Can work well in a Team 7. Careful/detail-oriented, Enthusiastic, Responsible, Compliance, Diligent, Honest, Modest and Respectful *Manner: On time, no late, much responsible of work, prefer person who good at careful in detailed working, etc. *Health: Excellence
- Responsibilities:Manage the overall business of the sales team
- Supervise the sales team
- Manage sales & purchase activity
- Make weekly forecasts and reports
- Coordinate with suppliers for shipments and related matters
- Make billing and follow up payment from customers
- Coordinate with the QA department when customer make claim
- Getting and verify RFQ to issue quotation
- Manage price/cost
- Co-ordinate with the Logistics Team regarding all order processing to ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers
- Visit customers and suppliers to update market information and keep good relationships
- Communicate with customers and maintain good relationship
- Translate Thai-English-Japanese as assigned
- May have job rotation within the department or other department in the company
- Others as assigned by superior/GM
