Talent Focus have partnered with a booming organisation based on the Gold Coast who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Professional to join their team for a 6 month contract!!

The Role

• Accounts Payable Officer to join the team on a 6 month fixed contract (with opportunity to extend).
• Working 38 hours per week with opportunity to extend.
• Work in a busy dynamic team, where you will assist and run the end-to-end accounts payable function across multiple entities.
• We are looking for a pro-active, efficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:-

• Receive and process invoices for goods and services and match these to raised purchase orders;
• Reconciliations of accounts;
• Ensure accurate and timely supplier statement reconciliation;
• Create payment runs for due invoices;
• Liaise and build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:-

• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume accounts payable role
• Experience using Databuild, Ezescan and Therefore (highly regarded);
• Strong IT and software skills
• Reliable and experienced Accounts Payable officer
Excellent time management skills.
