JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Documents Control (EPMS Coordinator) professional to join our team in the Civil Engineering industry. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of programs at all phases in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) life cycle. As Senior Documents Control (EPMS Coordinator), you will develop, manage, and maintain the Electronic Project Management Systems (EPMS) to ensure effective recording, filing, and maintenance of all project-related documents. You will work collaboratively with project teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with project procedures and standards. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Electronic Project Management System (EPMS) in accordance with project requirements and standards.
- Ensure the effective recording, filing, and maintenance of all project-related documents in the EPMS.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders on the use of the EPMS.
- Monitor and report on the status of all project documentation and identify any potential risks or issues.
- Conduct regular quality checks on project documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project procedures and standards.
- Develop and maintain project-specific procedures and processes for document control.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in document control management in the engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) industry.
- Experience with Electronic Project Management Systems (EPMS).
- Strong understanding of document control procedures and standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
