Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new leads and sales opportunities from the US/UK and other international markets for our company. The successful candidate should have exceptional communication skills, should be highly organized, and possess a strong work ethic.
Candidate MUST know how to use a variety of lead generation software to collect data from around the globe, organize the data, and shortlist authentic leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads and project opportunities through various channels, including social media, email marketing, lead generation software, and Google.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients and leads, updating the information regularly.

- Research and analyze international market trends and competitors to develop new sales strategies.
- Knowledge and experience with CRMs and other software/tools are must.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all sales goals and targets are met.
- Create and manage effective bidding strategies on freelance platforms.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports on lead generation and bidding activity to the Director of Growth and Marketing.
- Know how to post Ads, attract clients from the national/international market, post Ads, banners, email templates, etc.
- Must be able to call outbound US/UK and Gulf-based clients on outbound calling software.
- Must be able to get appointments from prospects/clients.
- Must have Good English Communication Skills.
- Must have Information Technology Sector Skill sets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- IT Staff Augmentation previous experience is preferable.

Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time position from 10:00 Am to 07:00 Pm. (Monday-Friday) PKST.
- This is a hybrid job. You can use our offices located at the center of Lahore or work remotely.
- The salary will be based on experience and expertise and results.
