Responsibility:
- Support day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Ensure Employee data up to date
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, MOM surveys etc)
- Assist in Recruitment activities
- Facilitate staff training and update and maintain staff training records
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employee
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Diploma in Human Resources or Psychology similar relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an HR administrative assistant
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and Communications skills
- Initiative and resourceful, Meticulous, detailed and careful
