HR Assistant [Singapore]


 

Responsibility:

  • Support day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Ensure Employee data up to date
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, MOM surveys etc)
  • Assist in Recruitment activities
  • Facilitate staff training and update and maintain staff training records
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employee

PRE-REQUISITES:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or Psychology similar relevant field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an HR administrative assistant
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
  • Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and Communications skills
  • Initiative and resourceful, Meticulous, detailed and careful
