RTW Creation is hiring a chat support representative.
Responsibilities:
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Make outbound calls to customers to confirm their orders and address any queries or concerns they may have.
- Understanding customer complaints and seeking appropriate complaint resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer-centricity in all customer interactions.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Typing speed over 40 words/minute. Should know their way around keyboard shortcuts.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
