Job Description // Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for general office administration handling
Handle General clerical duties, including: filing, data entry, photocopying, preparing reports etc.,
Provide general office administrative support on daily operations
Outdoor duties, including: bank document collection and delivery, bank payments etc.,
Handling incoming telephone calls,
To assist in tidy & organize Showroom
Assists in ad-hoc assignment
Requirements:
Dipolma or above
1 years Experience required
Polite, energetic, willing to learn and develop
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficient in computer software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook…etc.)
Hard working, organized, responsible and willing to learn
Immediately available is highly preferred
