We are looking for an Appointment Setter and Sales Specialist to coordinate, execute, and manage lead generation/nurturing, sales support and appointment setting activities across outbound calling and email channels for our online marketplace. You must have sales and/or call/contact centre sales experience as well as customer engagement/support experience. This position requires someone who is highly organised, has excellent communication skills and displays good-judgement and has experience in a direct selling environment in proactive client development. Candidates will be required to email their CVs for analysis before interviews are arranged.

Skills Required
* 5+ years relevant outbound sales or sales cold-calling, or
* 5+ years relevant appointment setting experience.
* Running/conducting client/sales outbound calling surveys.
* Outbound cold and warm calling of leads and prospects on database.
* Setting up sales meetings and/or appointments.
* Good business English skills (written and oral)
* Customer engagement/support experience.
* Connecting with potential clients and prospects over LinkedIn.
* Emailing leads and prospects from database.
* Welcome calls to engage and greet new clients/members.
* Assisting with client and member engagement, client support and retention.
* Building positive working relationships with clients and members to increase repeat business, cross-selling and upselling.
* Notifications to managers of trends and concerns seen or noted.
* Ability to work into the evening for US time zone
