Procurement Officer (Food & Beverage Industry) [Philippines]


 

Job Description

  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc. to promote good procurement practice with due regard to sustainability, ethical purchasing standards and costing
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers /Development sourcing strategies
  • Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
  • Control and monitor expenses against approved budget
  • Payment terms negotiation, optimization and management
  • Receive, inspect and distribute orders and Reconcile or resolve order discrepancies with supplies.
  • Accounts to be submitted for payment to vendors on time
  • Make or purchase policy analysis and recommendations
  • Lease or purchase policy evaluation and recommendation
  • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
  • Adhere to industry quality and safety standards
  • Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand
  • Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
