About the company
The hiring company are a successful family-run building maintenance and refurbishment company. They're registered with CIRI and are a member of the CIF. They work with the HSE, providing a range of services from general property maintenance through planned works up to extensive refurb or refitting projects.
Who they want to hire
This firm is looking for people with a range of experience and skill levels:
1. Fully qualified carpenter.
2. Highly skilled worker – years of experience working on building projects across a number of areas, such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general building work
3. Medium skilled worker – two years' experience in some areas of building work
4. General operative – no experience necessary but the will to work hard, learn and work your way up
All operatives must have their own safe pass

You will also be put on the Construction Workers' Pension Scheme with annual employer contributions of €1,646. Since the firm is registered with CIRI, you will be given all the training to make sure you are compliant throughout the year. You will also be supplied with a PPE bag and a uniform. If you’re a tradesperson or a skilled worker, there will be a possibility of a company vehicle
