The position
By joining our team in CFO you will have the opportunity to:- Plan, execute and document mapping, risk assessments and assurance activities related to occupational hygiene for Equinor’s activities and operations, and recommend appropriate exposure reducing measures.
- Be a resource/adviser on authority regulations, internal governance and relevant codes and standards/industry best practice, relating to chemical, physical, and biological working environmental factors.
- Provide advice and support to all levels of the workforce (e.g. management, employees, and safety delegates) in collaboration with an occupational health service delivery team (nurses, ergonomists, psychosocial resources and medical doctors).
- Support risk owner in establishing and following up annual health and working environment plans.
- Contribute to develop and improve standardised methods and tools to ensure effective health and working environment deliveries and documentation.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree within HSE, chemistry, biology, occupational hygiene, or other relevant technology subjects.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Certified occupational hygienist or candidate qualifying for certification preferred.
- Experience in understanding and managing risk.
- Someone who works well in a team and contributes positively to change and development.
- Curious, solution-oriented and dares to take on new and unknown tasks.
- Flexibility with respect to travel activities, including visits to both onshore and offshore facilities.
- Fluency in Norwegian is a must, as well as good communication skills in English, verbal and written
