We are a multinational company with over 70 locations in 16 countries, headquartered in Veldhoven, the Netherlands. We have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Wilton, CT, Chandler, AZ, San Jose, CA and San Diego, CA (EUV laser source creation).
The machines we make require high speed, magnetically levitated stages with sub-nanometer accuracy, robotic mask delivery systems, mechatronic devices to shape and correct the laser illumination source, and optical modules that can detect sub-nanometer alignment errors and pattern distortions. Temperature controlled to milli-kelvins, particulate free, and operating in complete vacuum, the technical challenges are endless. Solving these requires expertise in servo controls, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, embedded software engineering, optics, physics, manufacturing, industrialization, and more. Role and responsibilities
- Develop and implement global HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Lead a team of HR professionals across multiple locations
- Work closely with senior executives to ensure that the company attracts, retains and develops top talent
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on global HR strategy and leadership
- Fluency in Chinese, English
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HR best practices and applicable laws and regulations
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
