Job Summary:
This individual will work 1 of 3 of the shifts available and be answering phones throughout the day. The right candidate is ok with monotonous tasks and has a passion for providing great customer service.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls as they come.
- Route phone calls appropriately.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Skills required:
- Willing to learn and be coachable.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
