Job Description
As a BI expert, you will develop the connection between various systems, MongoDB, Everflow, GSuite, HubSpot, G analytics, Zen Desk, Stripe, etc. to display the company information requested by various stakeholders in Domo / BI platforms.
Requirements:
- Develop the needed infrastructure for BI dashboards as requested by the team
- Create a system to monitor and check each dashboard's accuracy
- Be responsible for building reports, dashboards, analytic applications, and data-integration processes within the BI platforms
- Establish and manage data connectors and associated processes that bring data onto the BI platform
- Work with the other teams on ongoing data needs and be part of the design process
- Be proactively involved in all BI processes and suggest solutions to improve and tune the processes overall
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture the requirements and be able to translate them into technical requirements
Qualifications
Additional Information
- 5+ years' professional experience in a BI development / Analytics Engineer role
- Expert with dashboarding and reporting tools - Domo is required
- Experience with MongoDB database system
- Strong data communication skills
- Aptitude for interpreting data outputs and articulating findings
- Must have worked in a client-facing role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have a good command of English
