· Has prior knowledge and experience with HYDROPONICS and modern Soil-less Farming system.
· can properly identify pests and diseases commonly found in high-value crops
· can provide and establish preventive measures and solutions to the propagation of pests and diseases
· Has experience with growing high-value crops in controlled environments such as greenhouses
· can manage and supervise daily production activities on the farm
· can direct and assign tasks to farm workers
· operate and service farm machinery and tools
· spray fertilizer or pesticide solutions to control insects, fungi, and weeds
· examine crops to detect symptoms of illnesses or injuries and administer vaccines to protect animals from diseases
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
