AT KOREA HR IS LOOKING FOR A TALENT ADMIN

FUNCTION: HR

POSITION TYPE: Fixed Term (6 months)

LOCATION: BAT Rothmans Korea


ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is responsible for ·supporting the delivery of talent related processes, activities, and agenda. Also, aligning with HRBPs, Talent OE&I Managers and LM in Talent & Performance deployment activities.


WHAT YOU WILL MAY HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY IN EXPERIENCING:

  • Support HR Talent Manager in development, implementation, and management of end-to-end recruitment strategy in line with Corporate EVP plans and related processes to fulfill organisation talent pipeline
  • Support HR Talent Manager in deployment of Employer Brand strategy to position our organisation as a strong employer of choice
  • Work with HR Talent Manager in deployment of global & local training programmes - identifying the training demand, developing the training programmes, logistics arrangements, post-surveys etc.
  • Management of external vendors
  • Support budget tracking, invoice processing, contract management via internal systems
  • Other ad-hoc support for HR Talent Development


ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE


Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • University degree in any field
  • Communication skills
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Demonstrate self-leadership
  • Willing to learn and possess positive attitudes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools


BENEFICIAL

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently manage work results with minimum supervision
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office Tools is an added advantage
